Hola from Jack & Georgia,
the founders of Off Grid Only!
In 2018, we bid farewell to the hustle and bustle of the UK rat race in pursuit of a more meaningful and sustainable lifestyle. Tired of shelling out a fortune each month on utility bills and unaffordable rent, always stuck in a cycle of debt, and perpetually working, we decided it was time for a change.

Our quest led us to the scenic Spanish mountains, where we brought a 36-acre, off-grid olive farm in the remote landscapes of Northern Spain. We lived there for 6 years then in 2024 moved to a 1 acre off grid homestead by the sea in Tarragona.
By embracing the off-grid lifestyle, we've not only discovered a more humble way of living but also managed to save thousands on utility bills over the years, allowing us to cherish more quality time as a family and less time chained to work.
We’re deeply passionate about the off-grid lifestyle, and we're on a mission to help people from all over the world become more self-sufficient. That’s why we founded Off Grid Only.
What began as a small advertising platform connecting people with off-grid homes in Spain has now grown into a global movement. Today, we showcase unique off-grid properties across Europe and we’re continuing to expand so people everywhere can find their perfect sustainable home.

We’re here to support every part of your journey into self-sufficient living, from building a remote online income, to connecting with like-minded people, to offering practical guidance on growing food, raising animals, and reducing reliance on “the system” so you can reconnect with nature and live with true freedom.

I (Georgia) also work with fellow and aspiring off-gridders and homesteaders to help them build online income streams by monetising their skills, passions, and knowledge. Together, we create a brand and business you’re genuinely obsessed with one that supports your lifestyle, not the other way around.
