Option 1
Digital Nomad Visa (Non-EU)
Full Support
Want to live in Spain while working remotely for clients or a company outside Spain (employed or self-employed)? This visa gives you the legal right to live here—and your dependents can also live here (and in many cases, work legally too).
Income requirement: minimum €2,763/month (higher if including family).
Where you can apply: from your home country or from within Spain (if you can enter easily, applying in Spain often means longer initial approval—up to 3 years).
We’ll guide you through proving:
-
Your remote job or freelance work
-
Your income
-
Your relevant degree or work experience
-
A clean criminal record
Best for: people who want an expert to handle the process end-to-end.
Option 2
DIY Digital Nomad Visa
Pay-As-You-Need Support
Doing your own application but want peace of mind you’re not missing something?
This option is structured support for independent applicants who still want expert backup.
Choose what you need:
-
Document checks
-
Coaching calls
-
Submission-only support
Best for: confident DIYers who want clarity and reassurance without handing everything over.

Option 3
NIE Number (Foreigner’s ID)
Your NIE (Número de Identidad de Extranjero) is your Spanish ID number—needed for almost everything, like:
-
opening a bank account
-
signing a rental contract
-
setting up utilities
-
starting paperwork processes
You can apply in Spain or via a Spanish consulate abroad. We’ll tell you exactly what documents you need and how to secure the appointment.
Option 4
TIE Card (Residency Card)
The TIE (Tarjeta de Identidad de Extranjero) is your physical biometric residency card once your residency is approved. It includes your NIE, your photo, and your legal status.
Collected in person, and essential for travel in/out of Spain once you’re staying longer than a tourist period.

Option 5
EU Residency Registration (EU/EEA/Swiss Citizens)
If you’re from the EU/EEA/Switzerland and staying in Spain longer than 90 days, you’ll need:
-
Residency registration (green certificate)
-
Padrón registration (local town hall register)
You’ll typically need to show:
-
proof of work or self-employment in Spain
or -
proof of savings + private health insurance (if not working)
Option 6
Residency for Family Members of EU/EEA Citizens
Not from the EU, but your close family member is (partner, child, parent)? You may qualify for residency as a family member of an EU citizen.
You’ll need:
-
proof of relationship
-
proof of sufficient income to support the household (requirements vary by region)

Option 8
Permanent Residency
(After 5 Years)
If you’ve lived legally in Spain for 5 continuous years, you may be eligible for permanent residency, more stability and fewer renewals.
You’ll generally need:
-
proof you’ve been legally resident for 5 years
-
absences not totalling more than 10 months across the 5-year period
